American Prosperity Made In China

I am sure you have all heard about the GAP rebranding nonsense, when they changed from their classic blue logo to a cheap looking boring one?


Anyway, as if that wasn't enough bad press for The Gap this year, bring on the FEED USA Campaign. The intention is good- for every reusable shopping bag purchased, The Gap promises to donate $5 to the nation's school lunch programs. All would have been well if they had left it at that, but The Gap had to take it one step further and get extra patriotic on us. Bags, and in store signage are emblazed with the message "Made in the USA". As shown in the photo below by Thomas Martin (via imgur) the tag reads "Made in China"
